Mystery Painting Details:
  • When I receive an order, I will create a small custom painting for you! They are one-of-a-kind paintings made with each order. If you have a favorite color, animal, flower, etc. you would like to be included, add this to the personalization box. I will follow the prompts you give to create a mystery painting, then ship it over to you!
  • **These are not meant to be portraits of specific people or pets**
  • Canvas Panel: These are flat canvas boards, which will fit in most standard photo frames, as long as the glass is removed. (Leaving glass in the frame may prevent proper fit & may also stick to the painted canvas over time, causing damage if ever removed.)

    Originals & Custom Artwork:

    • All original and commissioned artwork sales are final.
    • I do not accept returns or exchanges on original or custom pieces due to their unique nature.

    Prints & Reproducible Items:

    • Prints and other reproducible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

    Refunds:

    • Refunds (when applicable) will be issued once the returned item is received in its original condition.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Cancellations:

    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.
    • Custom artwork orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

  • Shipping Policy:

    Processing Time:

    • Originals & Prints: Orders ship within 5–7 business days.
    • Custom Artwork: Processing times vary depending on the project. I’ll provide an estimated shipping date when you order.

    Packaging:

    • Originals are carefully packaged with protective materials.
    • Prints are shipped flat or in sturdy mailers/tubes to prevent damage.

    Shipping Methods & Rates

    • All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking provided.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    International Shipping

    • I currently ship wit\in the United States of America. Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

    Delays:

    • Once shipped, transit times are outside of my control. Weather, holidays, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

    Damaged Packages:

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. I’ll work with you to replace or refund as applicable.
